Returns & Exchanges

At Redrew, each piece is thoughtfully made from pure silks and other high quality fabrics materials, often to order. Because of this, we’re only able to offer returns for store credit or exchanges - not refunds. The guidance below should make the process straightforward.

Timeframes
Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery to the address requested and the item must be shipped back to us (with tracking) within that same 7-day window. We’re unable to extend this window. All sales are final after this period.


What we offer for returns

We offer store credit or an exchange for a different size in the same style. We don’t offer refunds or price adjustments, including on:
        •       Items purchased with store credit
        •       Sale items
        •       Accessories under $50 AUD
        •       Original shipping charges


Condition of returned items

To be accepted, items must be returned in new, unused condition with all original tags attached and in their original packaging. This means:
        •       Unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
        •       Free from makeup, deodorant, perfume, or any other marks or scents
        •       Not used for press, styling, or photoshoots
Please take care when trying garments on — we may not be able to accept a return where these conditions haven’t been met.


How to request a return or exchange

Please email customers@redrewclothing.com with your invoice number and the item you’d like to return, and we’ll respond with next steps. Returns sent without prior written approval can’t be processed.


Shipping

Return postage is the customer’s responsibility, and we recommend using a tracked service — we’re unable to take responsibility for parcels lost or stolen in transit. For approved exchanges, we’ll cover the cost of sending your replacement item to you.


Store credit

Store credit is issued as a gift certificate valid indefinitely, with a unique code to use at checkout. It’s non-transferable and can’t be redeemed for cash.


Exchanges

We’re happy to offer an exchange for the same style in a different size, limited to one exchange per garment. Your exchange will be actioned once we’ve received and approved your returned item.


Order changes and cancellations

Once an order is placed, we’re unable to cancel or amend it. If you’ve changed your mind, please get in touch once your order arrives and we’ll guide you through the return process.
