Returns & Exchanges

Return Policy

All returns must be made within 7 days of purchase.

All sale purchases are final.

Please first contact us at customers@redrewclothing.com with your invoice number and item you are wishing to return.

All returns must be shipped back to us within the 7 days of purchase.

We offer returns for store credit or an exchange for a different size only.
No refunds or price adjustments will be issued.

Items purchased with store credit are non refundable.

Items purchased on sale are non refundable.

Your item must be returned in new and unused condition with all original tags attached and in original packaging. We cannot offer a return on any item that has been worn or used personally or for press/styling purposes including photoshoots. Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged and unused. We will not accept returned items that have any makeup stains, deodorant/sweat stains, and/or items that smell of perfume. If caution is not made while trying on, we may reject the return.

Shipping charges cannot be refunded.

Return postage or returns of unaccepted goods is not covered by Redrew.

Accessories under $50 AUD or sale items are not eligible for any return or exchange.

Redrew reserves the right to refuse any returns which do not meet our return policy requirements or are returned without written return request approval.

All sales are final after 7 days of purchase.

Store Credit

Store credit will be issued in the form of a gift certificate valid for 12 months from the date of issue. You can use your unique code for payment at checkout.

Store credit is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Exchanges

We will happily accommodate an exchange for the same style in a different size. Please first return your original item(s) and place a new order online separately. The exchange credit will only be processed once we have received and approved your garment. One exchange per garment will be allowed. Redrew does not cover the cost for you sending your return parcel but will cover fees of posting your new exchanged parcel.

Redrew is not responsible for any lost or stolen return packages.

Defective Items

If an item you receive has been damaged please contact customer service within 48 hours of receiving the item at customers@redrewclothing.com
 with a photo of the defect if applicable.

I Want to Cancel My Order

Once an order has been placed we cannot cancel or change an order. Please contact us at customers@redrewclothing.com
 to process a return once received.
