Shipping & Delivery

Order Process 

Items from Redrew are shipping out from Sydney, Australia. Once your order has been placed your garment will be shipped to you within 24-48 hours on business days. 

Made to Order / Pre Order

Redrew does have some made to order fashion pieces to reduce our wastage. Please check arrival times indicated on the made to order pieces descriptions. We will work as quickly as possible to get your item to your door and will keep you updated when your item is ready to be shipped. Message us if you want an ETA of when the garment you want would be expected to be ready. 

If you have placed an order for a made to order/pre order piece along with a in stock garment we will ship the order off at completion of the final garment. If you wish to have pieces sent off separately please contact us directly. 

Shipping Costs / Time

All Australian orders over $250 AUD ship free. 

All international orders over $350 AUD ship free.

Australia orders are sent via AusPost Express and will arrive within the next business day. 

New Zealand orders are sent via AusPost or DHL express. Standard shipping takes 6+ business days, Express shipping takes 2-4 business days. 

All other international orders are sent via AusPost or DHL express. Standard shipping takes 9+ business days, Express shipping takes approximately 3-6 business days.

Note: All orders shipping time is from when garment is finished being made. 

We cannot account for unexpected delays in external countries.

Delivery timeframes provided at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Redrew is not responsible for carrier delays. If you experience any delay with your shipped order, please contact the chosen carrier directly using your tracking information.

We cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered. Any claims regarding lost or stolen parcels must be lodged directly with the shipping company.

International Orders

We cover taxes and duties to the US but are not responsible for any additional charges as well as any taxes and duties. Customers are responsible for any other customs or duty charges. We are not responsible for additional duties and taxes that you may be charged.

If the recipient refuses delivery of their order due to a customs charge or does not pay these fees, the package will be considered abandoned and may be disposed of by the shipping carrier. In this case, the order will not be eligible for a refund, replacement, or store credit.

Please reference the tracking information provided to the email associated with your order to monitor delivery.

Refused Package / Return to Sender

Any refused packages or items deemed undeliverable will be returned to us. We will contact the customer via email and/or phone a total of three times before cancelling the order. Customers who still want to receive the package must pay for a new shipping label.

Orders returned due to unpaid customs charges are not eligible for refund or replacement.
